‘Glorious Gorse Hall’ is a calming new heritage and nature audio walk for adults and families which encourages you to slow down and make time for your own wellbeing whilst enjoying some fresh air and exercise away from the hustle and bustle of the town!

Relax and unwind on a walk around the beautiful Gorse Hall estate, taking in the natural surroundings and learning about Gorse Hall’s fascinating history as well as some of the wildlife that can be found here. Simply download the audio track(s) and accompanying map and use them to navigate your way around whilst listening to soothing music, calming nature sounds, and your audio guide. Important information: This activity involves a moderately steep climb and follows a route along a mixture of hardstanding and countryside paths that are uneven in places. Unfortunately the route may not be suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Please wear sensible footwear and mind your step. The walk will take approximately one and a half to two hours depending on your pace. The site is managed by the Friends of Gorse Hall.
